CAMP SITE ACCESS TIMES

Friday: 11am – Midnight and you can arrive Saturday anytime. Facilities open Friday at 11am. Please try to arrive before dark. Once parked up for the weekend please avoid driving in the dark. 5mph around site.

 If you would like to camp on Thursday night you will need to pay the farmer £15 for that night and there will be no facilities. This will be the same if you want to extend your stay on Monday night. No facilities on Tuesday.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

It's a very family-friendly event, there's no entertainment just beautiful views, good company and amazing local walks along the beaches. There are a few places of interest: Bamburgh, Seahouses and Holy Island. Facilities include showers, portable toilets, fresh water and waste disposal.

TICKETS
Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please head over to our contact page.


WHAT CAN I CAMP IN?
Everyone is welcome, including vans, caravans, tents and motor homes. Small awnings are welcome too, but please be conscious of space.


WHAT'S MY PITCH LIKE?
It’s a field, you will not be given the size of a pitch, just pick a spot and pitch up. A pitch is one form of accommodation and no more than 4 adults sharing a van, caravan, motorhome, or tent. A pitch can include a small tent for kids.


ARE WE ALLOWED FIRES AND BBQ’S?
No open fires, fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs as they are such a fire hazard and damage the grass.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on leads where appropriate and cleaned up after! Please note dogs must be on a lead around the bay area as this is a bird sanctuary. If you go right to the bottom of the field and walk to the beach you can then let your dog off the lead. 


ARE GENERATORS ALLOWED?
Sorry, no they aren't! Apologies for any inconvenience caused.


IS THERE ANY QUIET CAMPING?
The lower field is quiet camping only, meaning no noisy music. Upper field we ask you to keep the noise to a sensible level and respect other campers, no noise after midnight.


WHAT CAN'T YOU BRING?
Generators and disposable BBQ's are banned for Beach Gathering.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refund policy on all ticket types no exceptions, in the event that we need to cancel the event all tickets will be transferred to a new date.


ARE THERE LIMITS ON WHERE YOU CAN DO WATER SPORTS?
If you are doing any water sports, please read the signs on the beach that will indicate where you are allowed in the bay.
